Privacy Policy

We are very much aware of your concerns about the privacy of your information. We have no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy and we will not provide your personal information to anyone else.

When you provide your personal information such as name, address, email address and telephone number, we will not give or sell this information to any outside company for any use. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information we have collected from you at our site.

All of the information contained in this website, including the site design, graphics, and text are the copyrighted property of Blue Note Scuba SA de CV, Cozumel Mexico. Any other trademarks, company names, product names and/or logos set forth in this website are the property of their respective owners.


Blue Note Scuba Cancellation Policy

Please understand that space on the boat is limited and because of this our cancellation policy has little flexibility.


Cruise Ship Cancellation Policy

You will only receive a full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before arrival or if weather prevents us from taking you diving. Within 48 hours of your arrival you will not receive a refund for any other reason. We cannot offer refunds to cruise ship guests for missed ports, ship related delays, or illness. If there is a change in your ship schedule we will do everything we can to reschedule your trip and get you diving (even if we must find you another dive operator) but we cannot offer you any refund. Our departure times are 9:00 am and 2:00 pm local time. If you miss our departure we will do everything we can to get you diving, but it is your responsibility to arrive on time.


Land Based Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued up to 48 hours before arrival for any reason. Just notify us by email or by phone and the refund will be issued same day (PayPal fees may apply for deposits more than 60 days old). Cancellations within the 48 hour period will only be issued refunds if we can fill the seats by the service date.  Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a refund of deposits. Cancellations due to illness, ear problems, no show,.. will not be issued refunds unless we can fill the seats. Please keep in mind, that when you have booked multiple days of diving and need to cancel some spots, that the more notice you give us, the better chance we have to fill the spaces. Charges will only be removed from your invoice if we are able to fill your spots.
